My name is Deshulon. I mentor all the kids to make sure they are stable academically wise; I solve personal problems each kid has, so they are confrontable with themselves and ready to hit the floor. One on One talk, and more we are more than just a team we are a family and we stick together.

My name is Keyshada Hicks. I also work with the youth on group discussions. Come up with scenarios to do more outings to keep them engaged. I'm also assist with making sure their hair is intact and looking like one before they hit the floor. We will always be a family.
